Greetings and best wishes to you all on behalf of Puri branch of Bharat Sevashram Sangha.

You might know well about the vast humanitarian services of the Sangha and its founder Guru Acharya Srimat Swami Pranavanandaji Maharaj.

 It is a matter of great pride for all of us that the Puri branch of Bharat Sevashram Sangha completed the 100 Glorious Years of Service to Humanity this year 2025. Sri Sri Guruji Maharaj established this branch Ashram in Puri Dham, the land of Lord Jagannath in 1926 after a flood relief work in Puri district. A temporary centre was camped at Baliput for organisational work. Finally the present Ashram came to its existence the same year.

Besides providing shelter and food to the pilgrims, the Puri branch has also been serving the society in the field of relief work during natural disasters, education, health care, cultural activities, spiritual upliftment, publication and propagation of Indian scriptural studies etc.

The Centenary Celebration of Puri branch is scheduled to take place in a befitting manner in the near future and the preparation is going on. To commemmorate this momentous occasion, we have organised "All Odisha Wrestling Competition" on 17th & 18th May 2025 in Puri; an "Essay Writing Competition" is being organised in University level in Odisha and other programmes are in the pipeline.
             

 Following the lofty ideals and footprints of our beloved Guru Maharaj, the Puri branch continues its multifarious welfare activities with the support of the disciples, devotees and well wishers for the last 100 years and will continue to do so.

 We appeal to one and all to continue your noble support for our uninterrupted services to the needy and underprivileged section of the society.

Donations to Bharat Sevashram Sangha are exempted from Income Tax  u/s 80-G of I.T. Act, Govt. of India.
